Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing damaged. Electrical disconnect copper grounding wire cut. Dryer circuit tripped. TEP AND SWG shut services off. Both will require a Licensed Electrician and Plumber and Contractor to repair the rental property. Completed Emergency abatement form, permits required and indemnification form. Posted house and issued paper work to owner on site. |
