Cannot get a hold of property management on site or phone contact. There was a fire to the laundry room, located on the north side of the property corner, there is interior damages. It may be the wrong wattage of electricity for the number of washing machines. Permits required. Repairs need to be done by a licensed electrician and a licensed contractor. Posted notice of violation of the laundry room as well as indemnification form., will send NOV in the mail as well. Laundry room is secured at this time, both doors are locked. Assuming, TFD isolated power to the laundry room, it appears from the source since they were here. Cannot reach electrical meter to isolate laundry room, using the correct breaker, since meters are located behind a closed gate. Left card on the front laundry room door. |
