On site at property with TPD, and later COT Contractor and TEP. Car through building impacted and damaged an opening to the building. Damaged chain link fence and dwelling wall. Property belongs to COT Housing and Community Development and is vacant at this time. The chain-link fence was damaged allowing access to meters. Meters were closed. TEP booted the three meters to the building. Property secured. |
