On site at property - Verified multiple leaks throughout apartment, coming from concrete ceiling. It is possible that it is urine from the apartment above(that has 7 dogs). Spoke with management, they are actively working in removing the tenant from above and possibly moving the tenant in unit 1 to a different apartment so they can fix and contaminate both apartments affected. |
