Entire rental property did not have water due to an unpaid water bill. Upon arrival at the property the water had just been turned back on by the City. Spoke to property manager; property has 308 rental units and is 80% occupied. She was unaware that the Accounting Department had not paid the bill. Once this happened they quickly paid the bill and the water was turned back on. |
