Inspector Quijada Arrived back on scene with TPD fire and water damage to SE side of main structure to include damage to wood framing, dry wall, roof, Roof shingles, ceiling, insulation, drywall, melted bare electrical wires, fire damage to main electrical panel pedestal al all wires leading into , electrical fixtures and switches, possible fire and smoke damage to HVAC system. In addition there is fire and water damage to carport and rear porch area. All utilities secure Electrical cut at pole will require CC, Gas pinned at meter. Permits required for all repairs to include work done by license contractors with in 60 days. Building is condemned and being secured by city contractor at this time. condemnation posted front door along with emergency abatement paperwork. |
