On property. There is an accumulation of overgrown grass alongside the sidewalk abutting the property. In the front and side yards, there is an accumulation of outdoor storage and trash scattered throughout. There is a motor vehicle parked in the front yard that is full of what appears to be garbage. The carport is full of outdoor storage and would not be able to fit a vehicle. |
