Arrived at property TFD on scene fire isolated to kitchen area interior of unit to include fire, water, and smoke damage to walls, cabinets, countertops, lighting fixtures, burnt exposed wires leading to vent hood area of stove. Smoke damage extends threw all unit through HVAC venting. All power isolated at breaker. Unit condemned property manager signed condemnation form, Do not enter signage posted at front window of unit. permits required for all repairs and all work completed by licensed contractor. |
