119 PM - Home is being remodeled. West portion of structure completely gutted, new interior 2 X 4 walls, all electrical removed. New exterior walls made out of OSB wood. The carport/porch at far west side is completely reconstructed. Contact w/ man in charge on site, said he did not have a permit. Issued NOV for Permits Required, needs to obtain a Residential Addition / Alteration permit. Posted a Stop Work Order on building. -VM |
