Found the property may have potentially been cleaned from all trash and debris as per the original issued notice. At my inspection I have found construction debris that consist of tile boxes, mortar bags and other debris not described on the notice of violation. The worker on site stated the original debris was disposed and are currently laying tile thought out the home. They plan to have all associated debris loaded on a trailer for disposal on December 2nd, 2025. Will monitor activity to ensure compliance after December 4th, 2025. |
