There is trash and debris on the property. There is furniture, totes and other miscellaneous items being stored in the front yard and open porch area. The 6 ft wood fence panel is deteriorated, leaning and in danger of collapsing. The rear porch decking is damage and sections of the decking is in a state of collapsing. The roof covering is deteriorated and in need of repair. |
