On site with TPD and TEP at a vacant unsecured property where three individuals were arrested for trespassing among other charges. Property has an accumulation of trash, litter debris and an excessive amount of indoor/outdoor storage. There is human and/or animal feces throughout the interior and exterior of the structure. There are multiple damaged/frayed extensions cords on the inside and outside of the structure that are connected to and powering multiple appliances, electronics and tools. There is currently no utilities(electric/gas/water) services at this property. The electric meter was previously removed. TEP verified tampering at the meter pedestal. Service was then disconnected at the source. The structure is somewhat deteriorated/dilapidated with portions covered in makeshift materials and several windows/doors broken. There is a visible infestation of pest to include cockroaches and mice. Property was condemned. Property secured by city contractor. Permits are required for all repairs and reconnection of service. |
