L.E.D. rope lights have been installed on new electrical circuits, attached to underneath of the walkways in lieu of permanent lighting. Manufacture’s installation labels indicate that the rope lights must be energized by ground fault interruption circuits. The receptacles energizing these cords do not appear to be protected as required. Some areas of these rope lights have signs of damage and is being suspended by bare metal wire. The nonmetallic electrical cable energizing these rope lights have a date stamp of 5/19/2024, no permit can be found on record. Large portion of the individual electrical service panels are not clearly labeled for identification. 4th floor east side has two (6) pack meter system and gutter box that is not attached to the building and is only being supported by conduit. 3rd floor east side has two (6) pack meter system and gutter box that is not attached to the building and is only being supported by conduit. Unit T8 is boarded and appears to be occupied. Unit T14 is vacant and has damaged window glazing materials. Its currently boarded. Unit D14 is vacant and has damaged/ missing window glazing material. Unit C22 is vacant and has damaged window glazing material. Unit C31 is currently vacant and boarded. Potential unit A-9 is missing its identifying unit number and is boarded. |

There is no equipment or material at the property indicating work will continue at the time of inspection. The apartment complex has an occupied building with four stories levels. They have signs of significant signs of damaged concrete walkways and guard rails. The northwest corner of this building has metal support columns that has been erected to support the concrete walkways. Google street imagery shows these metal columns have been installed after March 2025. There are no permits or inspections for this modification or stabilization. In some areas the concrete walkways are separating from the buildings, shifting and or pieces have separated and is suspended by unknown material. Large portions of the apartment complex are missing sections of down spouts and has damaged rain gutters. Multiple upper-level walkways have personal items being stored obstructing full use and, in some areas, very limited walk space available. |
