Arrived on scene, TEP, TFD, Southwest gas, All utilities have been disconnected. Fire damage to include burnt exposed electrical wires, plumbing, walls, ceilings, ceiling rafters, fire damage is isolated to bathroom area of house with possible extension throughout ceiling area of structure. Building condemned permits required for all repairs signed indemnification dont not occupy sign posted in front of property. |
