On site with inspector Quijada and resident at this time there is an new HVAC system installed without a permit. Confirmed with property manager and on pro.tucsonaz.gov that a application for a permit to alter/modify this unit was not submitted. A notice of violation was given to property manager. It was also recommended that a new carbon monoxide detector is install on wall abutting utility cabinet along the hallway. |
