On site at property with Inspector Veronica, TFD, TEP, and Southwest gas. A fire in the carport has destroyed that structure but the main structure appears to have only suffered smoke damage. Because TFD could not determine the source or cause of the fire, we had electricity turned off as a precaution. Southwest gas did not find anything indicative of a danger. The owner has opted to secure the property; indemnification form and the order to vacate are in files as an attachment. |
