There is a dead palm tree on the adjoining right of way that it’s crown does not have any new or existing growth. Mesquite trees on the property and adjoining right of way obstruct the street and pedestrian walkway from use. There are dead palm fronds within 10 feet of the residence roof top at the west side of the property. |
