TPD stated that upon arrival an unknown individual ran out the back of the property. Property is dilapidated with multiple broken windows throughout the building. Front door does not have a door knob and is severely damaged. The building does not have adequate egress, there are holes in the walls and ceiling, extension cords are daisy chained throughout the house. The bathroom has standing water and there are feces throughout the interior of the property. Sewage was blocked. TEP was called to disconnect power at the meter due to numerous exposed wires and various electrical hazards. Several animals were removed from the property by Animal protection. The property is littered with refuse and debris and there are multiple JMVs in the front yard. Attempted to contact owner, the individual who called back stated that it was the wrong number and that they do not know the address. Contractor boarded up 9 windows and pinned three doors. |
