251 pm - Multiple vehicles parked in right of way along 8th Av, blocking the sidewalk. There is a wrecked and dismantled Chev truck across street in right of way on jack stands. Vehicles in ROW include Silver GMC Yukon, White Chev Silverado, Blk Chev Silverado. All 3 of these vehicles appear operable and have no signs of being JMVs. Spk to owner on site and advised of violations. -VM |
