9/3/25- On site at property with Inspector D.K. TPD, TEP, and owner. Dwelling has many violations. There is excessive electrical extension cords being used throughout the dwelling. There is unpermitted work for dwelling and unpermitted structures. Plumbing is questionable. Structure lacks safe and adequate means of exiting. Structure is unsanitary, unfit for human habitation. Dwelling does not have proper cooling, room temperature is well above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Structure has many deteriorations, alternations, extension structures. Structure is a threat to health, safety and welfare of it's occupants and/or the surrounding community. Condemnation. Permits Required. TEP removed the power from the source. Owner signed documents. |
