116 pm - Building Number and Unit Range signs are faded and no longer visible on Buildings E and F. Second floor railing next to unit 277 has work done without permits. A new bolt is attaching the railing to the wooden post, next to what appears to be a hole in the wood where the bolt was previously attached. The staircase in front of Unit 170 is attached to a beam that has severe deterioration and rotting. Work shall be performed by a licensed contractor with an Issued permit. -VM |
