Went to the owners office on 09/12/2025 and informed the management of the R/V issue that is present at the property. I spoke with a manger named Curt ,who subsequently signed the NOV and the order to vacate/abate. Curt informed me that they have been working with TPD to have the homeless individuals and the R/V's removed, but TPD was reluctant to do so without a warrant or another lawful order. I informed Curt that the Order to Vacate and the NOV gives his company the authority to remove the R/V's and the individuals camping on the property. He was extremely happy and stated that he would have them removed over the weekend. |
