On site at property. There is much less trash visible on property, the curtains on the carport and JMV in front of the property were removed. I spoke to the owner and her son and explained what needed to be done from this point. I provided an extension based on the progress made thus far |

Owner and I spoke at length about the state of the property. She is elderly and unable to take the trash out let alone remove the furniture from her property's front yard. I told her she needed to call BnB or ask her friends and family for support to remove the remaining trash. I will provide another 30 day extension |
