There is an extremely strong smell of decomposition and filth in the unit, to the point where it can be smelled from outside the unit. Posted the unit Unsafe to Occupy. Unit shall be cleaned and sewage shall drain before unit could be reoccupied and condemnation lifted. Property manager on site secured unit. -VM |
