PG 1/2...There was a fire in the wall in the east central part of the home where a gas line with a propane tank connector enters the structure through the wall. On the other side of this wall on the interior of the home is a stove which appears to be connected to the gas line. There are propane tanks outside in this area. Appears homeowner was using this to power the stove. Entire home has hazardous electrical and work to include additions done with no permits. The front porch has new electrical Romax and junction boxes, and exposed wires. The front door appears to be changed as there is new stucco around the frame. The front door opens into a foyer type room that has steps down into a sunken style room. There is a mini split installed in this room. Electric switches are missing covers in this area. The east side of the home appears to have an addition within 4 feet of the east side CMU wall. There is exposed electric wires, coming out of the eaves of this addition in the area of the fire damage. There is A stucco enclosure attached to the structure with an electric outlet box with multiple breakers. There is wiring from this panel box to an outlet attached to wall and a second run to the roof on the east side. North of this, there is an outlet coming loose from the wall under the window. There is a metal conduit run across the sidewalk with Romax coming out of the conduit going into the gravel in the east side yard. The sheathing is deteriorated and the conductors are exposed. There is what appears to be an add-on at the far north side of the structure. The work does not appear to be finished as there is exposed Styrofoam and unfinished stucco work.
