PG 2/2...At the southwest portion of home, the driveway may have been lowered, as the electrical panel is out of reach due to being too high. There is no face plate on the box and all wires and breakers are exposed. There is numerous Romax lines ran and exposed in this area. There is a façade of two by fours and unfinished stucco in this area that is attached to the original exterior walls. There is an electric Romax line ran from the breaker box, across the front porch and over the front gate with exposed wire sticking out to the sidewalk. On the inside, the dining area attached to the kitchen has an extension. Cord ran as permanent wiring to power. A quantum fiber box mounted to the wall. There are missing outlet covers in this room. There are electrical wires coming out of a junction box hanging out of the ceiling with wire nuts on them. The outlet behind the stove is pulled out of the wall. There’s a missing outlet cover in the kitchen. Water is draining out of the ceiling due to firefighting from the exterior. There is a mini split installed in this area. There are missing outlet covers on four light switches by side door at North East side of home. There’s a missing junction box cover at the north east and north west part of home. There’s exposed wires in the northwest portion of the home. TEP was called and could not access the meter so power was cut at the pole. A licensed electrician shall review the electrical system and correct all eminent hazards prior to restoring electrical. An inspection shall be required prior to reconnect. A residential addition, alteration permit shall be applied for separate of the reconnect, permit to address all remaining work without permits, including the electrical. Unit was posted unsafe to occupy. Electric shall be reconnected as described above and ENERGOV CHARACTER LIMIT
