956 AM - Arrived and found RV is in easement south of property. Walked in easement up to the RV and found the AC in the window is running. Found an electrical cord connected to RV is ran through and partially buried in dirt running towards garage. Contact w/ a resident of home. He states they use the RV during the day when they need to get out of the home. Tenant came out of home and allowed me to enter the RV. Found a lit candle inside. Sink is full of dirty dishes. There is food inside the RV. All items are consistent with using the RV for camping. Issued citation 0007238 to tenant on site. -VM |
