Vacant lot has homeless shelter placed at the backend of the property lot. Refuse, tall grass and weeds scattered throughout the entire lot. Met a woman and man on site. Woman stated she and husband and son are going to clean the lot. Stated it should be cleaned in 2 days. Will follow up on Thursday. But! Will send the owner of the property a notice of violation to remove all the refuse, tall grass and weeds off the property. |
