09/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 623 AM - Called out to site by TPD. Vehicle drove into East exterior wall of building 6. On interior of 609 multiple studs are separated from foundation and wall is pushed into bedroom. There is an electrical outlet along this wall, which is damaged and exposed. Isolated power to the circuit and turned breaker off. Multiple electrical lines in this area, detached from wall. Exterior stucco damage extends under the window of the bedroom. Studs on the wall dividing unit 611 are also damaged. An exterior ground mounted light fixture was struck and knocked over. The electrical wires did have wire nuts on them and did not test alive at this time. Property management was advised replacement of the fixture only with no change to fixture type can be done immediately without a permit. Two AC units are damaged and destroyed. Appears two other AC units have been moved and unknown if damaged. Two breaker boxes for AC units are damaged or destroyed. Maintenance on site turned breakers off to the units. Maintenance on site signed the notice and order and notice of violation. Maintenance on site began to board up the hole into the wall. Property management was advised to make repairs within 60 days under an issued permit by use of a licensed contractor. -VM
