Called and spoke to tenant. Tenant states the management never fixed the issue, however she is now using the heat and the system is no longer leaking. Advised tenant when she starts using the AC again if the issue resurfaces to call in and open a new case. Provided tenant with my contact number to expedite the case if that occurs. -VM |
