Vacant neglected property with a large house on site. Property filled with cactus and pokey trees.... Roof caved in, windows missing in about 75% of the building. Wide windows and extra tall doors. TEP disconnect electrical at post. No gas to the property. No water. Will have property secured with fencing. Will post nov, shut down down paper work at front gate located off Estrella Ave. will send owner nov for demo. |
