Went inside and checked unit. Occupant has excessive interior storage. Boxes, crates, mattresses, cages, plastic bags, furniture, big play set toys. Narrow pathways are starting to form. Windows and doors are blocked. Occupant is creating a hazardous situation in the event of an emergency first responders, occupant and potentially neighbors could be harmed by the excessive amount of storage. Rental unit does have an infestation. This will not go away until occupant removes the excessive storage. Ceiling tile in bathroom is damaged. drywall above shower head is damaged by water leak. Issued nov to property manager.
