Owner acknowledges that his roof needs repair due to the recent storms. He has the tarp on the roof temporarily until the roofing contractor he hired can schedule to have the roof repaired, which he says should be within 2 weeks from 9/17/2024. I advised him that he should ensure that the contractor apply for all required permits. Owner was in agreement and will do what is required. |
