Owner stated that the truck transporting the R/V broke down and could not remove the R/V from the driveway. The owner stated that no one is living inside of the R/V, her son had to repair the inside and outside of the R/V. The owner even showed me the inside of her home where her son sleeps. I observed water and electric hooked up to the R/V and the owners son was observed doing some repairs to the R/V, the owner said that her son will come out to the R/V at random times during the day or night to attempt repair on the R/V and he is not living inside. I explained to the Owner that no one is permitted to live inside of the R/V, and the utilities may be connected for cleaning and to make repairs. I will close this case due to me not being able to verify if someone was living inside the R/V. |
