Received call from neighbor. Dead rooster on the roof of the pen next to property wall. Area smells of death.... Met with owner of property and roosters. Discussed the issue. Had owner physically remove and dispose of the carcus. Also discussed location of the pen. Pen can not be located next to the property wall. Will send the owner information on location of animal pen. Let the owner know I would be sending her a citation for failure to comply with the notice to remove roosters off the property. |
