After inspection from the exterior, found that the back bedroom was a total loss, Electrical and all, smoke damage though-out the home, exterior eve and electrical line damaged, will be posting unsafe to occupy with notice, will have section secured. power turned off by TEP ( closing case pending permits obtained before any occupancy ) |
