Rental unit has human feces all over the ground. Interior has refuse and miscellaneous items scattered through out the entire rental unit making walking inside rental unit hard. Bathroom and kitchen are not accessible due to amount of refuse and storage within rental unit. Rental unit has an infestation of roaches. Shut down rental unit and had rental unit pinned shut to prevent access to unit. Posted notice at rental office and Do not enter placard on rental unit. |
