Vacant house is located directly across the street from an elementary school and is creating an attractive nuisance to the youth in the community as it remains vacant and unrepaired from previous fire. TPD is concerned they have seen and have chased young people off the property. Police are highly concerned about the hazardous situation this house is to the community. Property has exterior storage of planting shade structures, bins, miscellaneous items on the vacant lot, tall grass and weeds. CB/LP |
