02/15/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Progress has been made, however, violations remain since last inspection check notes on previous inspection. There still piles of debris in rear, wood sheds in bad conditions and dilapidated fence in rear. Spoke to property owner, showed compliance and let them know Brush and Bulky is scheduled for February 18th.
06/10/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Violations remain the same since last inspection. Weeds were trimmed however piles of debris were left in the abutting alleyway and on some property. Also, the weeds have grown back on property. Nothing has been done to the rear fence or the sheds in the rear of the property. They are still in violation. Spoke to homeowner and stated they will comply and show progress in 2 weeks time. Will follow up in 2 weeks before moving to citation if nothing is done.
06/27/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Fence in alleyway of property still not secured. Wood sheds in rear still in need of repair. Piles of debris in easement still remain from the weeds being trimmed. Weeds have grown back since first trimmed. Moving to citation since sent notice of violation letter expired and failure to maintain property or display effort in compliance with progressive photos.
10/21/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 09/09/24 - On site at property. Weed debris in alleyway have been removed. Fence in rear secured. Exterior wood sheds coated with protective water seal. There is not an accumulation of weeds at this time. Violations abated at this time. Case closed.
11/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Weeds and untended vegetation throughout the property are still in violation. Sheds in rear of property are deteriorating. Sent updated notice of violation for weeds in easement and protective treatment for sheds.
