Stairway landing leading to Apartments 2019 and 2020 is damaged, concrete is cracked and broke and poses a safety hazard to the residents. Wood frame has separated from the 2nd floor landing. Stairwell Railing is both missing bolts and has bolts that are loose which also poses a safety hazard to the residents |
