02/06/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 254 PM - Recvd communication from property management that the dead tree has been abated. Returned and reinspected, found the dead tree near unit 185 has been cut down to ground level and removed. -VM
03/04/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1219 PM - Returned to property and reinspected due to email from property manager, door hardware violation has been repaired. Reinspected water heater closet door by Bldg 6. Door and hardware has been replaced. This violation has been abated. Cracked window near Unit 181 is still cracked, no longer covered in duct tape. -VM
04/08/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 253 PM - Water heater closet near Unit 183 was found open and unsecured. Found that a water heater is missing, as evidenced by pipes and vents that previously served the now missing water heater being uncapped and open in the area. There is unsafe and non code compliant wiring powering the existing water heater. There is graffiti on the existing water heater. There is damage to drywall in the room including what appears to be water damage, cracked and missing drywall in this area. There is a broken window at Unit 181. The broken window previously noted on the south wall of Building 5 is still broken and has not been replaced. Spoke w/ property manager on site and advised would be issuing a citation. -VM
12/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1248 PM - While on site for another minimum housing case, found water heater closet doors open next to Unit 114. Water heater has been installed or modified in a non-code compliant manner without permits. Also found holes into drywall and can see into Unit 114 abutting the water heater. Will issue a citation to property owner. -VM
