Met with the owner and found a new masonry wall built on the rear side of the property. Had a wooden fence and was removed to place the new wall. Has a wood frame structure built in the rear yard on the west side and the roof drains to the sidewalk area. The west side of the masonry wall is 8' high and has a 2' retaining wall for the dirt height in the rear yard. Has other structures on the side of the house that will need to be including on the site plan. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
