Decking/sheathing is rotting, decayed, rotted. Holes into it and can see daylight out. At far north end, large hole into decking above a live electrical outlet with no cover. Had fifth breaker down, labeled icemaker, turned off and did isolate power to this. Advsd staff this breaker needs to remain off. Identified a new circuit with Romex dated to 2/23/17 running out to the roof. Breaker panel box has a missing breaker, opening into panel needs a cover. Found capped live wires with no junction box throughout the entire structure. Found one live uncapped wire hanging from the ceiling. Maintenance supervisor did cap the wire on site. Exterior wall above front door coming detached, can see daylight out of structure. Wall on the far north end is bowing and detaching from structure. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM | |
