Did not observe roaches at the property and the tenant also explained to me that the roaches are actually outside bugs and not coming into the unit itself. She explained to me that management is planting trees throughout the property. I spoke with the management office who did say they are doing landscaping and will be done next week. I told management to make sure they continue to rope off the areas where they are working. The property is planting trees and adding irrigation throughout. No electrical work is being done at the property |
