Unit 327 has been found damaged, unsecured with exposed conductors. The park model unit's slide outs are not attached and are laying inside the unit leaving large openings. The pedestal energizing the mobile home space is damaged, TEP has been called to terminate power. The surrounding area has been taped off to keep the public away from the damaged pedestal. Property manager has been notified of the City's action. Placard unfit to occupy and notice has been posted on site. closing case. |
