They had already done the repairs to the water heater before where it was leaking. A video was sent where the water heater was and no leaking of water from the connection or water on the flooring. Could hear the tenant stating in Spanish that the complaint was called in way before this call came in. The tenant was happy at this time and has no other complaints and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
