On site with tenant, maintenance man and manager. The temperature in the unit was 73 degrees. The tenant was informed that the apartment complex has a chiller system not AC system. Tenant wanted an AC installed in his unit. Inform the tenant the chiller system is working properly and cooling his unit to 73 degrees. Close case. |
