Called for diversion to property by TPD. Upon arrival TPD removing squatters from premises. House is vacant and a survey of house revealed water and gas turned off (gas meter pinned). Called homeowner (who lives in Calif) and they stated house is currently unoccupied. Called TEP to disconnect power. Upon arrival TEP disconnected power at the pole behind the property and pulled the meter. Property was boarded up (2- 3X7 doors, 4-3x4 windows, 2-4x4 windows, 2-2x4 windows). Posted unsafe to occupy on all 4 sides of the property |
