Activist discussed all the various maintenance issues and the lack on Property Mgmt. attention to the issue. Called and left a vm for the Property Mgr. 1) Unit #32: AC does not work. 2 outlets in the bathroom are inoperative, front door sticks. 2) Unit #26: Light globe missing 3) Unit #25: Broken window, no light globe 4) Unit #7: No light globe 5) Common area: Dog feces throughout, Light globe missing next to pool area, green pool. Property Mgr called back and we met with her regarding the various issues. AC for #32 is scheduled to be repaired/replaced 9/14/23... Will follow up in the AM 9/14/13. Had the Community Activist and the Property Manager exchange phone numbers to open up the line of communication. |
