09/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a hoarding, roof collapsing and deceased owner. Arrived and the units were still on site and the owner has just been removed from the property by Medical Examiners. Not able to find a family member or next of kin. The interior of the house is hoarding condition with no clear paths to doors and windows. The drywall and ceiling tiles are falling due to roof leaks towards the rear of the house. The rear yard has falling wood fence panels and filled with trash and debris and storage. Having the electrical removed at the pole and the gas meter has already been removed by SWG in 2021. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have all the openings secured. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the property secured. The body was found in the rear yard and has the body fluids and maggots near the rear door. Has a secondary structure detached and is also filled with storage and has the electrical panel for the property and not able to get to it. The main disconnect is outside the structure towards the alley and called T.E.P. to remove at the pole due to the wiring have no coating to protect the wiring. Neighbors have come by and checking if a family member has been found. Did the posting on the front door plywood of Do Not Enter and paperwork. RV.
